About Us
The Radiographers, Board registers and provides licence to practice in Trinidad and Tobago for suitably qualified Radiographers. It is through regulation of the profession that we protect the public ensuring the highest quality of patient care inmedical imagining, and therapeutic technologies.

To be the leader in the regulation of best standard of care in Trinidad and Tobago in the Art and Science of Medical Imaging and Therapeutic Technology in delivering effective services that are fair, just and precise to the diverse community that we serve in a safe and efficient manner.

To be an internationally recognized regulatory body, committed to professional excellence in medical imaging and therapeutic technologies, promoting high standards of practice integrity and ethical conduct.

The Radiographers’ Boardwas developed from the provisions of the Council Related to Medicine Act 35 0f 1985. This Act became law and was proclaimed in the last quarter of 2004. In accordance with the Act, ten (10) Board members are selected from the registered membership to take care of the business of suitably qualified Radiographers.
Operational Structure
The Board of Radiographers is one of six Boards that function under the auspices of the Council for the Professions Related to Medicine (CPRMTT). The register of the members of each Board are kept by the CPRMTT who also collect all membership fees. Any issue of discipline of members is brought to the CPRMTT by the related Board and the CPRMTT’s disciplinary committee are charged with the responsibility.

NB: Annual Renewal forms are made available each year and sent to members via email.
